Wellness by Leticia sells dietary supplements. The shop is operated from the United States. Questions about an order go to hello@wellnessbyleticia.com or WhatsApp +256 783 246991.

Browsing, adding a bottle to the basket, or creating an account is not an order. You offer to buy the in-stock products in your basket, at the prices shown, plus the shipping service you select.

A contract is formed when Stripe or Pesapal confirms the payment. If payment is not confirmed, the order is not shipped and the basket is not treated as sold. Out-of-stock bottles are left out of checkout.

An account is optional until you want a first-order code, saved addresses, or order history under your email. You are responsible for activity under your password. Tell us if you think someone else is using the account.

Google sign-in is optional. If you use it, Google shares the name, email, and account identifier you approve, and we use that only to open or match your account. How that data is handled is in the privacy notice.

Catalogue prices are kept in US dollars and shown in the currency you choose. Stripe charges the currency displayed at checkout, including the shipping you selected.

Pesapal, when you choose it, charges Ugandan, Kenyan, or Tanzanian shillings, or US dollars. If the currency on screen is not one Pesapal can charge, including Rwandan francs, the charge is in US dollars and checkout says so before you pay.

WELCOME10 takes 10% off products on the first paid order for that account and email. It does not reduce shipping, and it works once. CIRCLE10 is a separate offer for the email list. It also applies to products only, not to shipping.

Shipping is free when the product subtotal is above 500 US dollars, before shipping is added and before a discount is taken off. At or under 500 US dollars, you pay the service you choose.

Orders leave the United States with DHL Express or FedEx. At checkout you choose Express or Economy, and that price is part of the total. Addresses in Uganda can also choose local delivery or free pickup in Kampala. The shipping page has the detail.

Transit times are estimates. Customs in the destination country can hold a parcel. Duties and taxes charged there are the recipient’s, unless checkout says they are included.

Title and risk pass when the carrier marks the parcel delivered, except where the law where you live says otherwise.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

You confirm that you have read that notice. These products are not a substitute for a varied diet or for care from a clinician. Read the pack. We do not sell a children’s range. Talk with a clinician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, on medication, or under 18.

An unopened bottle with the seal intact can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Shipping is refunded when the mistake was ours. Opened supplements cannot be resold, so they cannot be returned unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged. In that case we replace it. A review must be your own words about a product we sell. We may refuse or remove a review that is not about the product, that copies someone else, or that is abusive. We do not pay for reviews, and we do not publish a rating that a customer did not submit.

Mail about an order, a payment, or your account is part of the sale. The Leticia Circle is optional. Joining it means you agree to receive shop notes at the email you give us, and on WhatsApp only if you opt in. You can leave that list without cancelling an order.

We sell the products as labeled. We do not promise a health result. To the extent US law allows, our responsibility for a claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not let a shop limit, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state that applies to a sale shipped from the United States, without depriving you of protections that the law of your country gives a consumer and does not allow a contract to waive.
